PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

Our pre-order outfits usually take approximately 4-8 weeks to arrive. Some designs may take a little longer due to the amount of detailed handwork and craftsmanship involved.

Please allow plenty of time when ordering, especially during busy seasons, as unexpected production or delivery delays may occasionally occur.

If you require your outfit for a specific date, please mention this in the special notes section at checkout. We will always try our best to accommodate your date; however, we cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date.

COLOURS & DESIGN DETAILS

We make every effort to ensure the colours, fabrics and finishing are as close as possible to the product images shown on our website.

As each outfit is individually made and may include handmade details, slight variations in colour, fabric, lace, embroidery or finishing may occur depending on material availability. These small differences are not considered faults and are part of the unique nature of each piece.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this time, your order may have already entered production and we may be unable to cancel or make changes.

Items that are made to your personal measurements, specifications or personalised especially for you cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Standard-sized pre-order items remain subject to your applicable statutory consumer rights. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will always be handled in accordance with UK consumer law.
